Advertising Grant Follow-up - Online Response
  • A follow-up report MUST be completed within 4 weeks AFTER completion of the event or project.

  • Recipients of grants whose event or project does NOT result in full completion will be required to RETURN all grant funds within 30 days of cancellation of the event or project.
  • Failure to complete the follow-up report form will result in ineligibility for future funding.
    ​
  • A copy of your event or project's final budget MUST be included with this online response.  The opportunity to attach your file to this online form, is provided.
Recipients who do not comply with these policies may be ineligible for future grants.
